Simply look for the logo to enjoy free ground shipping on over 6000 selected items throughout our store.
Your order will qualify for Free Shipping if:
If your order qualifies, you will be offered a"Free Shipping (10-14 Day Ground)"option when you check out your order. You must select this "Free Shipping (10-14 Day Ground)" option as your shipping method. Any other shipping selection will NOT ship for free! Do not complete your order unless you agree with the total amount of your order displayed!
All items in your shopping cart must qualify for free shipping in order to receive free shipping. Having an item that does not have a Free Shipping logo will cancel the free shipping option. So, if three items on your order indicate free shipping but the fourth does not, free shipping can not be offered.
Note when using Gift Certificate:
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
|What do I do if I receive a Damaged Package?|
In order to process claims on items received damaged, Cip1.com requires pictures of the original box and packaging and for the customer to retain said packing until the claims process has been completed. Cip1.com reserves the right to REFUSE a damage claim if pictures of the original box and packaging can not be provided by the customer.
