I live in Perth Western Australia and purchased good through cip1. When they arrived they had been damaged in transit. 1 quick email with a photo attached and 4 days latter brand new parts arrived on my door step.Fantastic service i have found no where else love doing buisness with you guys

| Just received my heater channels for
my 1967 bug these are made by dansk i was only able to get these high quality
parts from cip1 as all i was able to get in the uk were poorly made ones
or told they were no longer avaliable i would have no problem buying from
cip again excellent and fast service delliverd in 2 days from order many

Just purchased ACC-35067 - GENUINE VW
- LARGE 2 TIP HEADER EXHAUST - BEETLE 66-74 / GHIA 66-74 What a great install
this was. It fits tightly in my 66 Ghia, not bending, pounding or customizing

parts for my early type 1 based fiberglass buggy. All the parts have come
in as ordered undamaged and very fast. I have told a few of my freinds about
the site so they can save money and get there parts fast as well. I will

| Its a little overwhelming when you hit
the internet and start shopping for VW accessories. I have to say that I
have been more than pleased since I found the CIP1 site. So far Ive purchased
a set of BRM wheels which I received promptly and in perfect condition.
A couple of days ago I ordered a ceramic coated bugpack exhaust for which
I had extensive questions for customer service. And not one of my questions
stumped anyone. They answered each and every question with no hesitation
whatsoever. Im very impressed. I will be a constant customer from this day
forward.
Its nice to deal with folks that I can trust for good dependable parts
and solid knowledge regarding those parts.

hi.
would just like to add my own comments to this page.
I am in australia, and had access to a container coming out here, so i ordered
a full disc brake kit for an early btle, unfortunately , one rotor was incorrect,
even though the part no on the box was correct, CIP had no hesitation in
correcting the problem and it was done quickly and efficiently and i would
to thank the team at CIP for their outstanding customer service, I will
be back. Jason was my contact point and nothing was too much trouble. well
done...
We are very impressed.
ps ( I work in customer service, and was impressed, I would work for you
in a heartbeat, this is a seriously good company)

I recently ordered a set of the Empi
Styled 8-spoke wheels for my 73 bug. The original wheels I ordered where
not in stock even though the web site said they were. The customer service
department called me to tell me that they were out of stock of these wheels
and offered me a great deal on the polished ones. This is what customer
service is about.

| I see that this company has everything,
and is cheaper than local distributors. I wanted to sell my 77 Bug because
I was tired of investing in parts, but now I will fix it and make it new,
thanks to cip1.com.
I hope that you guys in the future will have more stock of carburetors
1200, and somebody out there could tell me how to save gas. I had buy
two carburetors and no mechanic cannot solve that problem.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased
I am with the great customer service I’ve received thus far. I’ve
been purchasing items for my 68 Ghia from another company and had a problem
with a header muffler set fitting correctly, without going into detail I’ll
just say the customer service I received was horrible and now in the process
of returning the items. I contacted your sales support with a few questions
on the header muffler set I found on your web site and found them to be
extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I went to place my order not
all items were in stock, the gal I spoke to said she’d check into
it and would call me back………..less then five minutes went
by before she called me to let me know the parts would be in within a couple
days, your web site is now in my favorites.
