Description
Upgrade your Type 1 exhaust with this EMPI stainless steel large 2-tip GT exhaust system. Built from 409 stainless steel with 1-3/8 inch mandrel-bent tubing, this system gives Beetle and Karmann Ghia models a clean performance look with dual baffled chrome exhaust tips.
The dual-tip design exits through the stock rear apron cutouts for a classic GT-style appearance while providing a deeper, more aggressive exhaust tone than a stock muffler. This system is designed for 1300cc-1600cc upright Type 1 engines and can be used with heater boxes or J-tubes.
