Made by BBT under the Silver Weld-Through Prime original-quality reproduction program. These panels are formed to original Volkswagen dimensions and supplied in BBT’s distinctive silver weld-through primer, so they can be welded in place without stripping the coating first. The primer also protects the steel in storage and inside seams that will be unreachable after the panel is fitted.
This is a complete left-hand rear quarter panel for the late oval Beetle. It runs from the back of the door aperture to the bumper-bracket area and restores the full rear quarter, not a small patch section.
This version has no semaphore cut-out, matching US-market cars with conventional flashers. For European semaphore cars, the recess can be cut in to accept the original semaphore box.
